Curry Leaf Oil For Hair

Published from Blogger Prime Android App

Hair care is important for our appearance and hygiene. Getting hair trimmed or treated in a salon is a good thing. However some people think that continuous use of chemicals, heat and hair care products can damage the hair and destroy it's natural luster. It's also important to visit a reputable salon and utilize quality hair care products to ensure your hair is as healthy as possible.

So how about the natural ingredients like curry leaf oil?
I've been using curry leaf for cooking until recently I tried making oil.

Curry leaf oil is an essential oil filled with vitamins and minerals that can protect your hair and keep it's natural luster.

Curry leaf oil if used continuously can benefit hair and scalp in so many ways. The leaf contains vitamin B,C proteins and antioxidants that helps nourishes hair and scalp, clears dandruff, repair damage hair and bring luster to the hair.

The leaf contains amino acid which helps retain hair strength.

The vitamin B strengthens hair roots and fights split ends and breakage.

To make a curry leaf oil, here is a step to my home made curry leaf oil.

1. Place 30-40 curry leaves in a pot.

2. Scrape 2 large dry coconuts.

3. Add half cup water into the coconuts and squeeze the meat into the pot using a strainer separating the meat from the cream.

4. Boil the pot in a moderate heat for at least 30 minutes

5. When boiled,  the oil will separate from the waste cream.

6. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes and strain into a container. You can use after that on hair and skin.
