Cucumbers have been known for their important health benefits for generations.

Adding cucumber to your daily diet may lead to many health benefits including weight loss, balanced hydration, healthy hair and skin and digestive regularity.

My healthy eating journey started in 2017 after my lifestyle changed. Since then I have been depending on plant based food. I'd say it was quite expensive in the city to be eating certain foods only.
But thank God for my very wonderful and supportive family.

I have been including cucumber in all my diet and have seen amazing results. Other garden foods were also included in my cucumber diet. I usually have cucumber on an empty stomach in the morning between 6-7am. So before I leave for work I have one medium size cucumber and later have the main breakfast in the office. Detox and cleansing works effectively on an empty stomach.

Cucumber is 96 percent water and full of antioxidants. So if you are thinking of losing weight, or having digestive problems, I'd suggest you include cucumber on your daily diet.

Bowel Movement.
Cucumbers are full of fibre which helps regulate bowel movement. Fibre is a type of a carbohydrate that keeps your digestive systems healthy. Dietary fiber is found in cereals, fruits and vegetables. Daily intake of fibre foods will eliminate constipation and other digestive complications.

Weight Loss and Flat Stomach.
When you have a flat Stomach, you will happily tuck in without being ashamed of your waist line. Cucumbers can help with it. Cucumbers are great for flat stomach and weight loss. They contain 96 percent of water which assist in detoxification process by eliminating toxins in your body, improve health and promote weight loss. So if you have weight problem, change your diet by eating lots of fruits and vegetables.

Hydration.
Water plays an important role in your body. It regulates the body temperature and transport nutrients and waste products. Fruits and vegetables are good source of water in your diet especially cucumber which has 96 percent water content and can effectively promote hydration.

Healthy Hair and skin.
Cucumbers are filled with silicon and sulphur which contributes to the growth and maintenance of connective tissues in your body. Cucumbers also have Vitamins A and C which promotes hair growth and has minerals such as sodium, potassium and magnesium which can sooth hair and scalp when applied directly.

Cucumbers are high in water content and they promote hydration to meet your body's fluid needs.
Cucumbers may help reduce the accumulation of harmful free radicals and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
Cucumber's high content of sulphur and silicon may assist in stimulating kidneys to remove uric acid and maintain kidney health.
Cucumbers contribute to the growth and maintenance of body's connective  tissues.
